Proving you can’t keep a good psychopath down, this mini-series features the latest resident of the Raft, Norman Osborn. I guess the question is, if it’s a four-issue mini-series, what are the odds that Norman will be staying behind bars. Could get a little dull with all the action occurring in that little cell. Bonus tale written by Warren Ellis.
