•I spent most of Mother’s Day (after the 5k for Breast Cancer) at my parents house watching Spike Jones’ tv show from the 50s with my grandparents. If you are not familiar with the pure entertainment that is Spike Jones and his City Slickers please do yourself a favor and download, buy or just youtube the crap out of their music. I blame my introduction to them at an early age for my love of music from the 30-50s. Watch some of this stuff…after watching this old live tv format I wish this was tv and not reality tv crap that’s popular now.
